In our facilities we are developing prototypes in an efficient and fast way to adapt features of structure and material. This is the way to meet right decisions for suitable textile under realistic conditions. This is possible for single products as well as complex textile roofs.
Polyester fibers are light and tear-proof. With built-in solar protection system: To remain permanently stable and colourfast, they are made resistant against ultraviolet rays. This happens with special coatings and colourings with which the active substances deeply penetrate into the fiber structure. In combinations of basic fiber and coating polyester resists fire and water and becomes thus the most many-sided textile material.
Completely Colourfast: Acrylic fibres are already coloured in the spinning process. Besides, fibers enclose the colour pigments their inside. The result: a very high light fastness and UV permanence. Because a flaming inhibition is to be produced difficultly, acrylic fabrics are used mainly in private objects. For example, for sunshades.
MDT-tex 480 resists all: By double side coating it remains colourfast and lightproof also by long long-term applications. Its high surface stability allows a perfect tension without drapery.
Once installed, a membrane PVC leaves nobody anymore in the rain. Ground fabrics are covered with suitable thermoplastic. Thus a smooth, resistant tarpaulin forms. It is predominantly used in areas constantly exposed to the weather. By sealed surfaces, PVC is suited rather for permanent textile constructions than for high-frequency opening cycles.
PTFE – also known as Teflon – is raised as a coating on fiberglass or polyester. Thanks to an own developed coating we are able to offer waterproofed fabric. PTFE is resistant to high environmental- and industrial influence and has a very low frictional resistance. Nearly no materials exist which stick to it. By its extreme resistance to tearing and non-combustibility, PTFE is the High-End material for complicated demands. For an optimal rain protection in the undeveloped outskirt area we have developed a special coating which makes the weaved material waterproof.

MDT-tex realises individual textile printing with short delivery times and weatherproof implementation of the single sunshade up to the complete rain and solar protection system of the undeveloped outskirt area. For every fabric type we have developed special processing methods and methods of treatment. Today we achieved every layout for every textiles. No matter whether single piece or large scale edition, special colour or 6C, grid picture or vectors.
Thanks to an indivdually designed cutting machine with logo recognition - we ensure right positioning of branded umbrellas, as well as while transferring two-dimensional layouts on different screen forms, we guarantee a high-quality conversion for the purposes of a comprehensive brand appearance.
