Each semester you will take classes for three month at the corresponding cooperative university and gain theoretical knowledge. The theoretical skills you learn can then be applied and developed further during practical phase at MDT location.

During this phase, you will work in different departments and or locations, depending on your foreign language level, where you will gain insight into various company processes as well receive a general overview of how the company is organized.

Depending on your school degree - the apprenticeship may take some time between two and three years , including school visits. You will take school classes every week and gain theoretical knowledge. The theoretical skills you learn can then be applied and developed further during practical phase at MDT.
