Marina Concourse is a new apartment development by Sunland Group - superbly positioned within the master planned surroundings of the Concourse, adjoining the prestigious grounds of Royal Pines Resort and 15 minutes from the Gold Coast’s spectacular surf beaches. Eight umbrellas - collapsible by hand winding system - in the size of 6 x 6 m were installed not only to give sun but also rain protection, a unique feature of MDT-tex Tulip umbrellas which runs rain water through the double mast system directly into the integrated drainage. Almost 300 sqm of outdoor area has now been turned into protected space available for the new residents and local community to play and connect.
